:( Bled the clutch this evening and still no joy!
Changed plugs and was going to bleed the brakes but took front wheel off and couldn't tell which bleed screw to use?!
I have metro 4 pots and there were three?
Any ideas?

You have no gears? :o
Is the clutch arm moving and stuff?
Could be a borked master cylinder...

Well at least the master cylinder isnt too expensive, and a rebuild kit should be even cheaper, but it must be terrible for you to have this shiney new rocket of a mini, and not be able to drive it. :(

Would be wise if the brake one looks as bad as the clutch one.

Pics will be taken and posted later!

All went well really, untill we tried to undo the bolts holding the flywheel housing on. The previous owner had dont them up TIGHT out of the car, and there was no room in the car to get a long enough spanner on to undo em.
We changed Master, and slave, but couldnt change the clutch arm due to a siezed pin in the bellhousing. Would have also changed release bearing and plunger if the housing came off.
Went to fit airfilter to the carb, but the aux venturis were extended right out of the carb and into the ram stacks. I think removing the stacks would screw up airflow into the aux venturi, so we had to leave em on, and werent able to fit the filter. At this point we somehow misplaced one of the carb gaskets. VERY importand as you cant use a cork or paper gasket with a weber, requires special O ring ones that damp out vibration and prevent fuel frothing in the float chambers

Right as RN know i didn't have a great day today, sorry matt is i moaned a lot
It was either you got it or Wyatt did
Started nicely with the fooking PC playing up and spending all the decent weather stuck in doors trying to not have to use the recovery CD, which i had to any way.
Well finally gat outside, got all the tools out and got to work :D
Weber off fit K&N......all goood til it fooking would fit in the box the previous owner had fitted  No chance at all!!!!!!!!!!
B*ll*cks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh well, Relax Mike Relax -_-
So i fitted the nice new HT leads i had bought B) Now a sexy black rather than the naff orange
then i thought i would fit my nice new alloy rocker cover, but No! 11 stud head so cover needs modifying :( and i will have to do that at work later on the grinding wheel there :(
Stormed in side after having to very quickly tidy up as it started to pee down  to vent my frustration at Matt (Sorry mate). After claming down and when the weather cleared i ventured out again and removed the dodgy box from the balkhead, and jez it was easy to do and the box was worse than i had imagined  but to my horror it uncovered some of the most unorganised wiring i have ever seen
Oh well i will get on to ML tomorrow to get him booked in for the clutch to be sorted next week and work on a new box for him in the meantime.
Good i'd forgotten how much FUN mini's are :rock

When everything goes smoothly the end result isn't as satisfying. So judging by the struggle you've had recently it will be fantastic when everything's done.
